Өглөө хазаар орой ташуур

朝は轡（くつわ）、夕は鞭。

өдрийг алдаж шөнө, өглөөг алдаж орой

昼を逃して夜に、朝を逃して夕方に

өдөр алдаад, шөнө тэмтрэх

昼を無駄にし、夜に手探りする
