үртэй хүний аяга хагархай, үрээтэй хүний уурга хугархай

子のある人の茶碗は欠け、若馬を持つ人の投げ縄は折れる

People with children have chipped cups, People with a young stallion have a broken lasso pole

үртэй хүний гол хоёр тасардаг

子を持つ者は心の緒が二度断たれる

The man with children has his heartstring severed twice over
